Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item).

Expect your refund within four weeks of shipping your return. In many cases, refunds are issued sooner. This includes:

• 5–10 business days for the item to reach us
• 3–5 business days for return processing
• 5–10 business days for your bank to issue the refund

Shipping

We ship to virtually any address worldwide. Some items may have restrictions and cannot be shipped internationally.

During checkout, you’ll see estimated delivery times based on product availability and the shipping method you select. These are provided by the carrier you choose.

Shipping costs are weight-based. Each product's weight is shown on its detail page and rounded up to the nearest pound for shipping purposes.
