Our wonderful shop located in Claremont, NH was started by the Ferland family in 2001. They were on Summer street, and then moved to Washington street several years back. Louisa and Darren stepped into operations in October of 2023, and are working hard to grow this beautiful community! The name change came about to Golden Anchor Quilting because Louisa's Mom used to tell her to tie her dreams to a magical Golden Anchor and with an unbreakable golden thread thread, throw them out into the future, and know that she would get there some day. Here we are!
