Important Updates & Exciting Times Ahead!

 Hello Beautiful Golden Anchor Quilting Community,

As we prepare to leave for Bernina Dealership Training in Chicago, we have some important updates to share with you.

First, our shop remains closed to in-person shopping until further notice. We had hoped to reopen upon our return, but delays in the completion of demolition have made that impossible. We are staying hopeful and will update you as soon as we have better news.

While we are in Chicago, we will not have access to the shop phone. If you need to reach us, please email Louisa@goldenanchorquilting.com. I will be checking email once per day as we want to give our full attention to this important training.

We do have limited availability of folks with shop access who can meet you for pickups or drop-offs of machines, quilts, and orders. If you need to arrange something, please email, and we will do our best to coordinate.

Longarm quilting turnaround time for quilts dropped off while we are away will be at least 8 weeks. We appreciate your patience and support as we balance recovery, training, and the many moving parts of our business.

Now, for something truly exciting—Quilts of Valor is just around the corner! When we return, we’ll be diving right into final preparations for this incredible event. There is still room to join us, and we would love to have you be part of this meaningful experience. You can register through our website under the Classes tab or via the Calendar.

Through all of this, our gratitude for this community remains unwavering. Though this journey has been challenging, we are embracing each step forward with hope, knowing that this setback is setting us up for an incredible comeback. Thank you for your continued support, patience, and kindness—we couldn’t do this without you!
