Closing Early 9/29/24

Hello Beautiful Golden Anchor Quilting community!

We are reaching out with heavy hearts this afternoon. Someone stole Darren's jacket from the classroom today at the shop. It had his only car key, a key to the shop, his wallet, the shop debit card, shop checkbook, and something very sentimental to Darren in it. We had to call a locksmith to change the locks on the shop doors, and had to pay an emergency call fee for that. With no debit card or checkbook, we had to use the cash from the register to pay the locksmith. We are extremely thankful he was able to come fix that part of the problems caused by the theft, but we still have other issues to address. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we are closing early to try to figure out the rest of the challenges. We plan to reopen on Tuesday at 10:00am for normal business hours. 

We don't believe it was anyone in our community, we think it may have been a passerby in through the back door. Police are looking into security footage to try to help. If anyone has information, or the jacket with them, please return it, no questions asked.
