Quilts of Valor Organization Day - Tuesday, November 11 10:30am - 4:30pm
Join us on Veterans Day, Tuesday, November 11, as we come together to honor our Veterans through service and community at our Quilts of Valor Organization Day.
During this hands-on workday, we’ll:

Match and prepare backings for completed quilt tops that are ready for quilting.

Take inventory of remaining batting and note what’s still needed for upcoming quilt tops.

Sort and organize donated fabrics in preparation for next year’s Quilts of Valor Retreat.
This day is all about teamwork, gratitude, and keeping our mission moving forward—one stitch, one quilt, and one act of kindness at a time.
We’ll provide light snacks and a welcoming space for everyone who wants to lend a hand. No sewing experience is required—just your helping spirit and willingness to pitch in!

Additional Information
All tools, fabrics, and materials will be provided for the organizational activities. If you have additional donated fabric or batting, you’re welcome to bring it along for sorting and inventory.

If you are unable to attend the event, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance so we can offer your space to another volunteer.
