Wrap & Roll Slippers by Sewcial Bee - Make and Take - 10:30am-4:30pm

Wrap your feet (or someone else's) in handmade comfort! In this one-day workshop, we’ll guide you through creating your own pair of Wrap & Roll Slippers, a padded and quilted slipper with a clever construction and a custom fit.
You'll learn how to:

Select and prep appropriate fabrics and sole materials

Choose the correct slipper size using the included foot chart

Master curved piecing and proper lining attachment

Build a soft, quilted sole (with optional no-slip options)

Finish with clean seams and a polished look
These slippers are endlessly customizable. Finish them off with elastics like Ballet slippers for Yoga class or at the Gym. You’ll want to make a pair for everyone you know! This is a great stash buster and a cozy project that helps you build confidence sewing structured, wearable items.
All classroom tools, thread, and machines are provided. You bring the fabric and the fun!
You’ll need to bring:

Outer Fabric (quilted or cotton): 1/3 Yard

Lining Fabric: 1/3 Yard
Printed pattern is provided. A selection of sole and lining materials also provided. All classroom machines and tools available for use. You may bring your own sewing machine if desired.

If you are unable to attend the class, a refund will only be provided if you notify us at least 72 hours in advance by call or text, there is a wait-list, and we are able to fill your spot. Otherwise, a credit for a future class will be issued.
No refunds (only credits) are provided if you notify us less than 72 hours in advance.
If we need to cancel due to low enrollment (fewer than 3 students 72 hours prior), or for weather-related reasons, we will offer a rescheduled session or store credit.

| Instructor Bio: | Laurie is new to Golden Anchor Quilting teaching squad. She comes with a lifetime of sewing experience including teaching, machine sales and is also a selling artist. Her infectious enthusiasm and love of sewing will keep you engaged in any project. Laurie is also very free with many tips and tricks which she will share with you. |
