Breathe new life into your wardrobe with this exciting Up-cycled Sweatshirt class! Under the guidance of our guest instructor, Peg Reed, you’ll start with a simple crew-neck sweatshirt and transform it into a vibrant, pieced top using your favorite quilting cotton strips.
You'll learn:
-
How to deconstruct a sweatshirt for repurposing
-
Techniques for strip placement and piecing
-
Options for adding a yoke design
-
How to reassemble and finish for a flattering, wearable look
This class is full of personality and possibilities! Your finished sweatshirt will be cozy, colorful, and totally custom. A great way to upcycle clothing and showcase your favorite prints.
Please note:
-
Hoodies and raglan sleeves are not compatible with this pattern

Jelly rolls are not recommended for this project
-
One-way directional prints require extra fabric (see materials list)
