Make It Merry Monday – BOM Sew Together Series

Sew your way through a whimsical holiday quilt — with friends, encouragement, and fun along the way!

Golden Anchor Quilting is excited to offer a six-month Sew Together Series for the Make It Merry Block of the Month quilt by J. Wecker Frisch!
Instead of stitching alone, join us one Monday each month to work on your quilt with community support, light guidance, and lots of good cheer.

This is a sew together, not a formal class — designed to keep you inspired, accountable, and making steady progress on your beautiful Make It Merry quilt!

Important Note:

• Kits and patterns are available separately at Frank’s Bargain Center.

• Only 6 seats available — limited by kit availability.

• Participation in all six sessions is encouraged to build community and keep your project moving forward, but we understand if you must occasionally miss.

About the Quilt: The Make It Merry quilt is a festive holiday design featuring whimsical Christmas prints, pieced blocks, and charming printed panels — all coming together in a cheerful, vintage-cute quilt perfect for the season.
Finished quilt size is 58" x 74".

Sew Together Details:

• Runs June through November (6 months)

• Second Monday June Through November

• 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• Bring your machine (or rent one of ours) and BOM materials

• Use of classroom rotary cutters, mats, rulers, irons, and other tools

• Light guidance and encouragement

• Lunch is not included (bring your own or plan to take a break)

• $20 per session (separate from fabric/pattern purchase through Frank's Bargain Center)

  Golden Anchor Quilting is offering a special Holiday Rush Longarm Service — with no rush fee — exclusively for our Make It Merry Monday participants!

  Here’s how it works:

  • Finish your Make It Merry quilt top and check it in with us by November 14, 2025.

  • We guarantee your finished quilt will be ready for pick-up by December 21, 2025.

  • No rush fee! (A savings of $35–$50!)

  Let’s make sure your quilt is ready to gift, show off, or cozy up with in time for Christmas!

Skill Level:
Confident Beginner and Up.
Students must be able to operate a sewing machine independently, use a rotary cutter safely, and follow basic piecing instructions.

Sewing Machines:
Bring your own machine in good working order, or rent one of ours for $10 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your attendance:

• If you notify us at least 72 hours in advance by call or text, and we are able to fill your spot from a waitlist, a refund will be issued.

• Otherwise, a store credit for a future class will be provided.

• No refunds (only store credits) are available if you cancel less than 72 hours before class.

If we need to cancel the class:

• If fewer than 3 students are enrolled 72 hours prior to the class, we reserve the option to cancel and issue store credit.

• If weather forces cancellation, we will make every effort to reschedule for a time that works for all enrolled students, or issue store credit if you are unable to attend the rescheduled date.

By registering for the class, you are agreeing to this cancellation policy.
