Open Sew - THURSDAY 10:00am-5:00pm

Open Sew is a relaxed, social sewing day designed for independent project time in a shared, creative space. Bring a project you’re comfortable working on and enjoy a full day of sewing alongside fellow community members.
An instructor is present in the classroom to offer occasional guidance, quick questions, and light troubleshooting, but Open Sew is not intended to function as a private lesson or step-by-step class.
What to Expect
Open Sew works best for:
-
Projects you already understand or have worked on before
-
Finishing works-in-progress
-
Simple or familiar techniques
-
Social sewing with light support available
Because Open Sew is a shared experience, the instructor may be assisting multiple people throughout the day.
Need More Support?
If your project requires ongoing, one-on-one instruction or detailed step-by-step guidance, we’re happy to help you in a more focused way.
Private 1:1 lessons are available for $40 per hour and can be scheduled separately to ensure you get the dedicated attention your project deserves.
Our classroom is stocked with BERNINA B570 Quilters Edition machines with embroidery modules. You can bring your own machine or rent one of ours for the day. Rental is $10 for sewing and $25 for embroidery.
